If you find yourself in the frustrating position of having just purchased an item that has recently decreased in price, frustrate no longer! If you see a lower price listed within 30 days of your purchase, send us an email, and we'll happily refund the difference to you. Our Demo skis are exempt from price guarantees, as each pair is in unique condition and sells accordingly.

110% In-stock Guarantee

Ski Universe lists only current, in-stock inventory. In the event that an inventory miscount has occurred, we will give you the option of receiving a comparable substitution or refund to you 110% of your purchase price.

Best Price Guarantee

If you see a better price on the same item elsewhere, we'll not only honor that price but beat it by 10%.

Conditions:
To receive the Best Price Guarantee, both items must be equivalent in manufacturer, model, color, size and condition. We reserve the right to confirm that the item is in stock. Additionally, we must be able to verify that it is the exact same product in brand-new condition. (Our Demo skis are exempt from price guarantees, as each pair is in unique condition and sell accordingly.) Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor's bonus offers, free offers, auction websites, non-retail (wholesale) websites, private sales, special orders, typographical errors, mail-in rebate offers, or where a service commitment is included in the transaction. Internet competitor offers must include shipping and handling charges as the basis for comparison. (Price match guarantee does not apply to non web-based stores or pickup orders.) Price matching is subject to providing proof of the manufacturer's part number and availability of the product. (i.e., current dated advertisement, register receipt, copy of webpage or catalog page) of a lower price. The retail value of any free gift delivered by Ski Universe must be subtracted from the Ski Universe price.
